We eat what we preach. Sarah went gluten- and dairy-free after discovering she could be freed from her asthma medication by eliminating inflammatories*. Andrew went gluten and dairy free because he loves Sarah (in addition to reciprocating with his own dietary requirements for the family meal plan). But what transcends the dietary specifics and not-so-specifics, is that amazing feeling you get from simply eating real, nutrient-rich food.
